Added the linter configuration as discussed in issue:- https://github.com/shahrk/ItemStockTracker/issues/10

Added the badge. We have the following score for our linter

Looks good to me. Whats the score for the badge? Are we good?

I have used anybadge to generate the pylinter badge. Used 8.45 as the score.
