With this fix, non-string cuboids and dimension names should be able to be used. See error in #8.
Adds a requirements.txt file (at the same time commented out the plot option in squeeze to remove seaborn and matplotlib as they are not used in other places).
Removes old evaluation.py file that was unused.
Smaller style edits.
