Implement scrape_station_info function in scraper #10

@Nagasaki45 , can you write what this function is supposed to do ?

@oz123 every station has a dedicated page like this. I want to scrape this information based on the station url_id and add it to the DB, mainly because of the geolocation data. By the way, a DB migration will be required, but lets keep it for next issues...
