Provide wind diagram explanation and units #16

The wind diagram doesn't provide units and an explanation of how one should interpret the diagram.

Thanks for the comment! Right now there are tooltips with the values and units. Just stand on one of the triangles. But of course you are right - i do need to add the units to the circles that act as "scale bar".
