Update viewer plugin to embed Camel 1.5 - i.e. latest on camel-1.x branch #16

camel-core and camel-spring are both at v1.4 in the libs directory, should 
upgrade these to the 
latest 1.5.x build.

Ok, so let's not worry about 1.5.x, let's go for 1.6 instead :)

I've done a local test and it appears to work fine. It may be more effective to 
pull the dependencies out of the 
single plugin here, and instead provide a 'prerequisites' plugin that holds 
them. Then just that plugin would need 
to change, and the core functional plugin would not need to change.
