Mac OS X minimum version detection (>=10.6) is broken

Have you tried Pyglet 1.2 alpha1 or the repository code?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. import pyglet on Mac OS X 10.10

Paste in the traceback or error message:

Paste in the output of `python -m pyglet.info`:
Fails w/ same traceback

I'm including a tentative patch for this problem (attached)

Please note patch has an extra import (which should be removed)
