Added Shashank's course webpage details and SOP

Thanks for maintaining this repo.

Adding two resources to these:

• A course that i'm floating at IIT Gandhinagar targeted primarily at undergrads to introduce CS research systematically.
  Emphasizes a set of values to imbibe, helps identify whether research is something an individual would enjoy, and suggests ways to operationalize a nascent interest into hard skills which would eventually help the individual understand their field of interest better + signal to a potential recruiter (professor at a university or a team manager at a research lab) their fit to a potential opening.

• I've added my own SOP from the time i had applied to CMU and had an offer from them.

I've also added a link to this repo on the resources page of the course website.
