In ruby 2.0:

Don't work Iconv
Don't found PLATFORM constant
gemspect was a fail gemspect

In which phase is gemspec failing? gem build or gem install?

Btw the changes for encoding + platform constant has been fixed for version 0.8.8. Thx.
