Ruby 1.9.2 #6

Hello,

I tried running RGhost on a rails 3 project and lines in image.rb failed, I patched a few lines here: https://github.com/fhirzall/rghost/commit/d4390a6f4381cf37590f9c79cb9a09eb8a00b98f

I think it's a ruby 1.9.2 issue, but that fix worked for me.
