What changed in the OCC version to cause this problem?

@shaise I've put this into Draft until the MakeSlotRecess function in screw_maker.py has been investigated further.

@tobiasfalk I don't know the exact code change that has caused this but I do know that 7.6.3 is my default goto OCC version and I've seen matrix issues with 7.7.x, see https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/issues/9651
