GUI translation update from Crowdin #340

I added files with translation involvement of at least 50%.

Users of all languages whose translations have not been initialized can successfully import their files there is no need to do it all again "manually" ...

https://crowdin.com/project/freecad-addons This is the starting position, then you choose your favorite language and in the next step the file (workbench strings) you want to work with.
