validate attiny cutout #9

verify that the silkscreen cutout near the "m" side matches the cutout on the dip socket and the dot on the attiny.

attiny is mounted on the bottom. cutout on silkscreen does correspond to dot on attiny and square on pcb pad and reset pin.
