[Devel Branch] Docker Container Exit Code 0 Unexpectedly When Start #104

I am encountering an issue where the Docker container sdr-monitor-setup-1 exits unexpectedly with exit code 0 while attempting to running. Normally, exit code 0 indicates a normal shutdown, but in this context, it seems to occur prematurely, preventing the SDR monitor from starting properly.
