Hi!

for some reason app cant find RTL-SDR dongle

Docker for mac does not support USB passthrough devices https://github.com/docker/for-mac/issues/5263, you can try to take a look on some alternatives like passthrough over Virtual box VM https://mil.ad/blog/2018/access-usb-devices-in-container-in-mac.html
