I have the software up and running including the 2 Panels . Can this software scan the above 118-136 mhz AM airband ?? If so how do i get the software to scan it ???

Or can it only scan VHF/UHF ??

Yes, both rtl-sdr and hackrf support wide range of frequencies including 118-136 MHz.
