sdr/config endpoint #79

Was the sdr/config endpoint removed ? as stated in https://github.com/shajen/rtl-sdr-scanner-cpp/wiki/Configuration you can configure the app from "http://localhost:8000/sdr/config"

but on my installation /sdr/config return 404 not found error, and locking in the shajen/sdr-monitor docker image, I can't find the configuration page

sdr/config endpoint is in progress. It will be available in next version.
