Is raw branch can be used for development purpose? Does it make sense to make bugs on the raw branch? Thank you!

I have merged already raw to master. It's ready to work. There is many many new feature. Please check master branch.

Will the sources of web panel published?

Yes, it will be published in the future, but now the panel project is not ready for it.

For now you can use docker image with panel to start work. But docker image contains sources of panel (written in python) so if you are really interested to changes someting you can do it in docker container.
