Airplay support #202

¿Is there any chance to support Airplay or chromecast using shakaplayer + widevine?

As mentioned in #37, we support AirPlay mirroring for Widevine content, but we can't support play-on-device AirPlay. So your phone will still play the video and the images will be copied to the TV.
