  1. Remove storybook
  2. Upgrade webpack
  3. Upgrade webpack loaders
  4. Upgrade babel series
  5. Upgrade flow
  6. Upgrade react-on-rails
  7. Upgrade things the app is actually using
    • immutable
    • redux
    • redux-saga
  8. Upgrade eslint

Not upgrading
