Key notes:

Fixed the version of sqlite3 to be below 1.7.0 since the native gem support for Ruby 2.7 ended in this version.
Customized selenium driver to use headless=new option. More information: Headless is Going Away!

Yes. This is a draft and is still in WIP state. I am still working on it. I hold it to work on other tasks.
