Add proxy settings. #299

Add a settings that can let downloads go through proxy please. I'm living in china and i don't want to set system proxy.

Its unlikely that I will add new features soon, I am very busy with life right now, I will be more free in 1-2 months. I might fine a small bit of time just to push some bug fixes sooner than that but I dont promise anything
