I added an MIT license #24

I noticed there was no license to be found so I thought it might be helpful to add the standard MIT License at least. It will actually show up above the "clone or download" button so there will be no misunderstandings.

Thanks @dreamsurfer! I'm going to nit-pick you on this one... can we copy it (minus the year) from one of my other repos? I like having the actual license name at the top, ie: https://github.com/shakeelmohamed/egress-bootstrap/blob/master/LICENSE
