Don't allow adding empty questions #91

In the "New Question" page, users can add new questions while the previous ones are still empty image

We can avoid having empty questions in the game questions list instead.

hmm, this is a workaround :sweat_smile: the user won't feel that the application if professional if they can add empty questions, but that's low priority anyways
