Missing dependency from setup.py #270

Please add uritemplate to the setup.py required packages.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. virtualenv ve # just to get a clean environment
2. source ve/bin/activate
3. pip install oauth2client
4. ipython
5. from oauth2client import gce

ImportError: No module named uritemplate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the import to succeed, even if I'm not on a gce instance.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Demonstrated on a mac 10.8 w/ fink python 2.7

Please provide any additional information below.
