Issue - Gulp file not found #58

I'm done everything according to instructions, but when I deploy command Gulp on my command prompt it shows me NO GULPFILE FOUND.... Can anyone tell me the solution for this?

I have grunt installed in my system and I think it may be a problem. I using windows 7.
