Private Git Repo Support #45

ArgoCD should receive generated private repo key. https://github.com/argoproj/argo-helm/blob/master/charts/argo-cd/values.yaml#L742 Public key should be installed on infrastructure and target users repo Public key, should be printed and available for copy for user.

Moved out of scope, could be done by secrets
