Sometimes our recommendations won't be sufficient for people. In that situation, providing a "recs list" of sorts for each user where their friends can submit recs and the progress/results are displayed would be super helpful.

Also let users create their own named/themed rec lists for friends to provide recs for it. IE I could have "Lunarhawks Fabulous Fujoishi Show Rec List" and "Luarhawk's Hot Blooded Mecha" rec list running at the same time for friends to suggest shows for.
