Bumped to Nan 2 to support Node 4.x

This will require a C++11 compiler setup on Travis to build for iojs > 2 and node > 0.12

No prob. I wish my reasons were purely altruistic. Upgraded to node v4 and trying to spend a few cycles crunching on gruntjs/grunt-contrib-watch#412.

Also haven't tested on Windows, for which it doesn't look like there's CI setup, so that will need to be tested as well.
