Hide Caller Id on Outgoing calls *67 or #31# #71

Hi, Hiding caller id on outgoing calls is allowed by network provider by using 
*67XXXXXXX or #31#XXXXXXX but in Dongle its not working. It always show caller 
id on other end.  

exten => _X.,2,Dial(Dongle/r1/*31*4470335)

Is there some one can help me to get it done.

its not phone, its 3g dongle, forget prefixes and use 

usecallingpres
and callingpres settings
