Create fancy modern UI #59

Currently the web UI, even if its working, is a spaghetti serving of JS and Go HTML templating because I have no idea what I'm doing. Need to implement new fancy UI using some modern technology like React, Vue or whatever

Not that fancy but a new React UI was implemented and is work in progress
