Very slow firmware update over usb (Mac) #14

The firmware update is very slow (>10 min) and fails often with a time out warning. I tried 2 different (cheap) usb cables. I'm running mac os 10.14.6 with the vesc tool I compiled from vedders github repo

After switching to a precompiled version this is not happening anymore. So this is not a cheap focer issue
