how do I fix that I am trying to build android apps using xamarin and I continue to get that error

From your title it looks as though the client can't see the broker on your network for whatever reason, the log you have supplied isn't from the client by the looks, it seems to be some kind of VS code log.

I don't build android apps and I don't know what xamarin is so I can't help with that. most users of the client use it in either the flutter or Dart VM server side runtimes or in the browser. You could try using one of these to initially check you can connect to your broker before moving on.
