CSV should support date/time values #833

It would make sense and be convenient to users if date/time values were 
rendered as strings when the CSV output is requested. Not sure if there is an 
accepted format for this; a reasonable guess would be the XML schema rendering.

Related: DayTimeDuration currently renders as an integer number of ms. Duration 
does not. Should decide on a consistent solution for durations.
