Built-in Function Documentation is Incorrect #851

There are several problems with the function documentation. For instance:

add-date-duration is listed on the Wiki but doesn't exist in the code base.

year-month-duration-greater-than exists in the code base but is not on the Wiki 
OR the documentation site.

subtract-date is listed on BOTH the documentation site and the Wiki, but 
doesn't exist in the code base.
