scheduled emails not sending #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. scheduling an email to be sent to a cohort
2. enrolling users to this cohort
3. checking the email schedule after the "send date"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected out put is to see the sent date and time in the "sent" column

Current outcome:
The send date was the 3rd March - the sent column currently says "no"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using this on mac os - using chrome. 

Please provide any additional information below.
I have reached out to someone else in People Dev Dublin who uses course 
builder. He has checked his email schedule for a cohort, and has the same 
issue. His emails have not sent. 
I have a screen shot attached for both my issue and his.
