Remove End Night Odometer from Driver Dashboard/Driver View #117

Reuben would like the End Night Odo to be recorded once a driver is back to the ASI office and ending their night as a volunteer.

Add it to the manage drivers area. When deactivating a driver, check if they had a ride that night, if so prompt for the end of night odometer reading to deactivate.
