Feature/trim endpoints #155

Moved some stuff from the security package out.
Moved controllers out of the service package to the controller package
Removed driver's status. Can be inferred from the driver's latest ride or the lack thereof.
Add the latest ride request to be returned with the driver
Cleaned up a some of the endpoints. Removed some unused ones, consolidated a few.

Overview of endpoints removed:

PUT /drivers/endOfNight
GET /drivers/{id}/rides
GET /drivers/rides (replaced with GET /drivers/me)
GET /drivers/currentride (was unused but is now essentially replaced by GET /drivers/me)
POST /drivers/{id}/rides
GET /drivers/{id}/location
POST /rides/mine/cancel

POST /drivers/{id}/rides
POST /rides/mine/cancel To PUT /rides/{id}

Consolidated

GET /drivers/{id}/rides
GET /drivers/rides
GET /drivers/{id}/location To GET /drivers/{id} since that information will be present in that request

Coordinator home page should now only have two api calls per refresh/load.
