A tutorial that talks about how to use Stetic and the Gtk+ container model,
very much in the spirit of a glade tutorial like this:

http://www.kplug.org/glade_tutorial/glade2_tutorial/glade2_introduction.html

The tutorial should:
   * Using Stetic to create the UI
   * Common operations with stetic
   * Cover the various containers

Deliverables:

A MediakWiki formatted page, with images, and a coverage similar to the
coverage described in the Glade tutorial page for the Stetic GUI designer
in MonoDevelop.
