Benefits: improved documentation
Requirements: familiarity with C# and Mono.Cecil API

Although Cecil is widely used, we lack documentation for Mono.Cecil on
www.go-mono.com/docs.

We would like to have a monodoc documentation of the Mono.Cecil API.

Deliverables:
 A well-written monodoc documentation, with examples in C#.

Time limit:
 Two weeks from claim date.
