MonoDevelop is an IDE for writing desktop applications for GNOME.

We are looking for localizing MonoDevelop on a number of languages,
starting with the latest version.

MonoDevelop uses the standard GetText framework for translating applications.

This task is to translate MonoDevelop to Thai.

We need some action on this, or we will have to re-open in per the contest 
rules so
that someone else can have a chance.
