Make MonoDevelop's command-line tool capable of generating files using MD's templates #48

MonoDevelop (Mono's IDE) has a command-line tool called mdtool that can be
used to do things like building projects and generating makefiles. It would
be useful to add the capability to generate files and projects using
MonoDevelop's templates.

Deliverables:
A patch for MonoDevelop that adds a command to mdtool that creates files
and projects using MD's templates. It should also provide the ability to
list the available templates, along with their descriptions and compatible
languages.

Timescale: 5 days

Note:
The functionality should be implemented using MonoDevelop's addin system
and APIs. It should be implemented as a new addin if possible, as we have a
feature freeze for version 1.0 in effect. If you have questions about how
to do this, please ask.
