Write a GTK# tutorial for MonoDevelop #78

Deliverables: a tutorial for creating GTK# applications in MonoDevelop
0.18.1 using the Steteic visual designer. The tutorial should be in
MediaWiki format, with screenshots taken using the Gilouche GTK theme.

Expected timescale: 5 days.

Note: Ideally the tutorial would concentrate on explaining the concepts of
container packing, including expand/fill, tables, HBox/VBox,
ScrolledWindow/Viewport, and the advantages of this approach: translation,
resizing, reusable code etc. A mention of Stetic's ability to design and
consume GTK# widgets would be nice too.

Accounts for the MD wiki available on request (gmail m.j.hutchinson with
requested username), though you can start before you have the acount.
