Disable shopped item while doing a TeamGames #24

Any way to get disabled the shopped items while get in a Team/Doing a "TeamMinigame", and maybe give back the items after the minigame.

with bfd4ed896ac5a6c6f2c7a93923fff85f74d92f57 I implement a reset for most perks, some still missing. Deagle, AWP & grenades stay on player without perk.

This is only possible with a big rewrite. I'm not really motivated for this, but if you think this should be necessary, I will do the work.

Sorry for very very late reply, as I saw the only bug is with the chicken, the player can still fly too if is in a team.
