[BUG] Ratio #390

I have problem with ratio, i change cvar to 4 t to 1 ct but when its 4 t vs 1 ct dont happen anything jusy say team guard is full, and i me in first place of queen

4Ts for 1CT is correct, you would need at least 8Ts to get another CT with your config

2 players: 1T 1CT (minimum is 1 CT) 3 pl: 2T 1CT 4 pl: 3T 1CT 5 pl: 4T 1CT 6 pl: 4T 2CT

At least 2T * number of CTs must be there. If the player switching to CT is currently a T, it work work, ex: 5 pl : 4T 1CT (correct) 5 pl : 3T 2CT (impossible!)

If you notice any bug, you can report it here. Also check that I didn't already fix it in my fork of MyJB. (Since the dev isn't active anymore, I do unofficial fixes)
