Describe the bug
During the starting freeze time in the Catch event (when seekers are frozen), if the round ends (for example if all the seekers suicide), everyone will be unable to attack, and this persists on the following rounds.
To fix yourself, you need to disconnect and reconnect.
To Reproduce
In a 1CT / 4T catch event, I suicided myself (I was CT) and this bug happened.
I'm pretty sure it is linked to the round end.
