98, 99% Failure Issue #100

In Ubuntu, the installation continuously fails at 98%, 99%. I can't figure out the reason. Even after completely formatting and reinstalling, the same issue occurs. Strangely, it works well in WSL2. I have uploaded the logs. Please check the contents.

I use ubuntu 22.04 MSI X399 mainboard AMD TR 2950X CPU 64 GB Ram

It looks like it pretty much finished. I can't see which jobs failed.

Can you let me know if this is an issue in the main branch? you can install it with pip into a new conda env:

conda create -n hecatombDev python=3.11
conda activate hecatombDev
git clone https://github.com/shandley/hecatomb.git
cd hecatomb
pip install -e .
hecatomb install
hecatomb test
