HTML anchors for each table in index.html #64

Please provide any additional information below.

The index.html page is very long sometimes. The mutations table is usually the 
longest and is the first, and it makes it challenging to find the other two 
tables (junctions + missing coverage). 

Could you add some HTML anchor links to I can jump directly to those?
