This output item is incorrect (there was a simple target site duplication).
MC JC JC    REL606  596,740 IS3 (+) Δ1 bp :: +ATGC coding (89‑91/219 nt) ybdZ 
→ hypothetical protein

The wrong junction is chosen when finding candidates (though the right one has 
at least a few reads supporting it).
