Remove one of the *.pot file #50

We have two similar *.pot files into project.

browserid.pot - into root directory of Persona plugin. browserid.pot - into "locale" directory.

I could be wrong of course but I think that one of them is excess. I'm right? if yes, lets remove one of them :)
