Use icons over icon, ensure icon_size defined within icons layers #22

Same issue as in shanemadden/factorio-deadlock-crating#16, also corrects erroneous assumption that an icons definition will always have an icon_size defined. https://wiki.factorio.com/Types/IconSpecification does not require that.
